My first scarf is now approximately 38” long. No where near being finished yet, of course, but it’s getting there. A trip to Michaels tomorrow is required so I can get another skein of this yarn. I think I’m going to tackle fringe for the ends since I’ve been making pom poms for all my hats thus far.
I finished my third hat, the first one with ear flaps. :) Very exciting. Next I plan to attempt a scarf.

Since the power was out most of the day due to Irene, I started cleaning out all of the cabinets on the first floor and discovered this glorious camera!
I am beyond excited to find buy some really expensive film for it, and add it to my camera collection.
My dad used it back when he was in Real Estate before I was born. It’s in pretty good condition considering it’s probably been hidden in that cabinet for the last 20+ years or so.
